tomorrows plan (TYPICAL DAY FROM NOW ON)-
breakfest-  /
lunch- water, strawberries (large container), medium apple - 133 cals
supper- large salad - 110 cals
snacks- medium apple, cucumbers - 90 cals

TOTAL - 333 (aha weird.. i did not even plan that one)
